1. Account Registration & Security

• To join the Harrmall Reseller Ecosystem, users must register an account.
• As part of our secure onboarding process, resellers are required to upload valid identification (CNIC front and back).
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity under your account is your sole responsibility.

2. Reseller Program Affiliate Commission System

• Harrmall operates a proprietary Affiliate referral commission engine.
• Commissions are calculated automatically based on product sales generated through referral links.
• Any attempt to manipulate the referral system, create fake accounts, or exploit loopholes will result in immediate termination of the account and forfeiture of pending wallet balances.

3. Supplier & Product Listings

• Suppliers are responsible for ensuring that product details, prices, and stock levels are accurate.
• Listed products must not violate any intellectual property rights, local laws, or ethical guidelines.
• Harrmall reserves the right to remove any product listing or supplier account without prior notice if violations occur.

4. Payouts and Wallet System

• Earnings are accumulated in the user’s digital Harrmall Wallet.
• Withdrawal requests are processed according to our payout schedule (weekly/monthly) after verification.
• Any tax liabilities arising from referral commissions or vendor sales are the sole responsibility of the earning user.
